Uniqlo Bluewater WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! AVOID!!!!!
Uniqlo Bluewater, the worst customer service for returns. Twice I have had cause to raise issues with purchases. First return was 2 dresses that quickly developed a fault after wearing. After a very long process on the phone and by email and waiting around for a manager instore, NOTHING WAS ACTIONED despite my garments clearly being faulty. Left the store and complaint and moved on, put it down to bad experience and didn’t purchase anything for a while. Gave it another go recently with a purchase from Uniqlo Regent St only to find I’d been overcharged when later checking my receipt. I returned to my local store to complain and was told ‘nothing they can do’, I must return to Regent St. I pointed out the cost and time it would take would be more than the amount I’ve been overcharged by. A young man at the till was so rude, telling me to return to Regent St and then interrupting my discussion with another member of staff. When I asked for names to take the matter to Customer Service he made a comment to tell the staff ‘why are you giving names, it’s not our problem’, UNIQLO THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! REFUSAL TO REFUND FAULTY ITEMS AND REFUSAL TO REFUND AN OVERCHARGE. IF BUYINH FROM THIS COMPANY MAKE SURE YOU DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH RETURNS AS IT IS LIKELY TO BE A LENGTHY AND TEDIOUS PROCESS. A..V.. O..I..D THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE WOULD BE MY ADVICE. ⛔️

Avoid Avoid and Do Not go near Uniqlo
It is so shocking that the checkout/payment points at Uniqlo shops can read labels (careful as well, as at times, they keep different labels inside pockets to double charge you, too) I was shocked when the amount came to nearly double for what I had selected, it turn out a few additional labels were chucked into the pockets - deliberate? one would dispute that after my experience with their online services) but their customer service for online purchases cannot read and comprehend. They are con artists and non cooperative and stupid, too. Do not buy from them. I sent the returned items and the customer service are asking for sent receipts. They gave me instructions to put the in box posts. Tracking shows, Evri have picked it but Uniqlo are claiming otherwise. reading all the reviews in Trustpilot confirm my concerns. Avoid and avoid and spread the word, so no other victims will go through this horror of Uniqlo.

My order was never arrived
My order was never arrived ; there was no update online or through the app. The online platform is very poor making it difficult to contact customer services. I kept receiving emails to review the items I had never received. Fortunately I used PayPal to pay so was able to engage them to assist in recovering my funds. Very disappointed with Uniqlo

Absolutely shocking
Ideally I would give them no star. Never dealt with with company like this before, they have only refunded some of the returned items and said that the rest wasn’t found. Closed the case the same day and refuse to investigate any further. There is no management to contact and they send costumer link to citizen advise instead. Daylight robbery, will never purchase from this company again.

Dreadful Quality and Attitude
Dreadful. Pair of £8 socks developed holes in both socks after 4-5 wears. Despite submitting photos, Uniqlo said it wasn't a manufacturing fault and there was nothing they could do. Terrible quality, terrible customer service, terrible attitude. First ever complaint after 25 years shopping at Uniqlo, but will never be going back. Their 1 star Trustpilot score says it all really. Thoroughly deserved.

Unsustainable Retail Practice
Recently I've purchased 2x short sleeve women's t-shirt, a sweatshirt and a hoodie. I washed the items prior to wearing and noticed a dark patch on one of the t-shirts. I notified Uniqlo and provided them with all the information they requested. However, Uniqlo in their words, "have deemed that the t-shirt is not at fault", which is a concern.... I need to be certain that the clothes I buy are sustainable, of good quality and long lasting, I believe that it beholden on each of use to seek the best. Regrettably this has not been the case in my experience and Ifeel let down by Uniqlo

Very poor customer service. AVOID
Very poor customer service. I bought a jacket & on the 2nd wear, the cord in the hood snapped. I reported this to their "Customer care" team. After having to send pictures & information several times they eventually said they couldn't help as the care label had been cut out so they didn't know what the product number was. What absolute rubbish!! AVOID!!!

Such a bad experience returning
Such a bad experience returning. My return was delivered to them on the 23rd of May. On their page they have confirmed they received the return on that same day, however I have heard nothing from them since and have not received my refund. Such a scam. Counting more than three weeks now. I acknowledge the fairness in printing your own returnlabels to avoid waste, yet it is a hassle… i just don’t understand how such an established company is not operating better. Will definitely spread the word of warning not to buy, at least online… Their customer service seems non existing.

Highly dissatisfied with Uniqlo…
Highly dissatisfied with Uniqlo customer service. Have always loved their products and found them to be of a high quality... Until I bought a pair of leggings that are faulty after one wash. Followed Uniqlo's long winded process for reporting a faulty item, only to be told they can't see an error so will not help. They even said we have reviewed this matter for you twice now so won't look into it again! Huh? They decide to stop engaging with a paying customer after 2 interactions. I have even been told by Uniqlo to instead engage with citizen services rather than contacting them again about this matter. Shocking treatment! Buyer beware - you do not feel like a valued customer when you point out a fault with an item

Disappointing!
I must say, I was quite disappointed with the quality of the clothing I purchased from Uniqlo. After just one wash, the t-shirt completely lost its shape at the seams, which was quite frustrating. In comparison to other brands (menswear), even Zara, the quality of Uniqlo's clothing was noticeably worse. It's unfortunate because I had high expectations for their products, but the lack of durability was quite evident.

Utterly Disgusting
Utterly Disgusting! Poor Customer Service. Returned an item via ParcelShop with receipt and tracking number. 14 days past and I received no refund. Contacted Customer Service and gave all required information but was told that the receipt provided was wrong and they couldn’t do anything unless I produce a correct one which was totally nonsense because if they took the effort to check the tracking number with Evri, it stated that the item was collected and “it’s on its way back” to the retailer. According to Evri F&Q website, it states: “When your parcel is on its way back to the retailer you’ll see the message ‘On its way back to the retailer’ as your final tracking point” So basically, Uniqlo not only has my item (according to them they couldn’t find) and owe me my refund (minus postage cost). And left me out of pocket. This is indeed unacceptable. One thing for sure, I will pursue for my refund and I will not online shop at Uniqlo anymore.

Do not use them at all
Do not use them at all! Made the experience of something so simple unnecessarily complex and then on top of everything had the gall to attempt to charge me for returning items they initially lost and after weeks of back and forth of trying to get a refund. Their stuff might be better than some online retailers but its definitely not good enough for the fuss they cause

Worst return policy, do not buy
Had to pay for each return, which is terrible. If there's a mistake, your refund gets reduced and there's nothing you can do. Their excuse of return fees because of climate change is complete nonsense. They will learn the hard way....

Horrible customer service
My online order delivery was missing one item. I provided them images of the delivery and had to sign a statement saying what item was missing. There is obviously no other way to prove that an item was not included. They got back to me a week later stating that they found that the item was delivered and closed the case. No offer of refund or anything else that could be done.
